What is unique about this coaching style?

“Integral” means inclusive of everything, entire, complete, whole. So, at its deepest root, Integral Coaching® refers to a way of coaching that is whole, complete and integrated. Further, Integral Coaching® includes frameworks and developmental principles based on globally recognized Integral Theory (see Integral Institute www.integralcoachingcanada.com for further information). ~ Joanne Hunt & Laura Divine

How do I work with a client?

Before coaching, you and I would meet for a free ½ hour session to determine if we are a good match. If we are, our first full 1 ½ hour session would be gathering information and clarifying what topic you as the client really feel is the most appropriate for you at this time. In your next session, I will explain the direction the coaching would possibly take. Thereafter, I would create practices to help you develop the skills that would be needed to fulfill your chosen topic. All aspects of you as the client, are taken into account; mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.

How long?

Integral Coaching® has a limited time frame of about 9 -12 months at which time a client has usually fulfilled the topic they had chosen to work on. Upon completion, if you have another area or topic you wish to delve into you may return after an integration period of several months and begin to be coached on a new topic.

How much does it cost?

Coaching is affordable and the scale can adjust to your needs. The topic you choose will reflect the length of the time that is suitable.

In person, phone or Skype?

My preference while coaching is to meet in person but, sometimes circumstances require speaking via phone or Skype. Our first contact will be in person.
